Job Description of the position


The Technical Support Representative team is responsible for a variety of customer support and office administrative duties, participate in helping PTC Technical Support achieve operational excellence according to PTC corporate standards.

This is a frontline job/customer-facing role which directly impacts our support team and customers. It is expected, the ATSR will be administered Inbound and Outbound Customer Service calls and help meet customers' expectations by providing them the right level of service/support.

Your Day-to-Day

What are some of the things this person will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis?


  • The individual will be required to
  • Help handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Participate as an online PTC Community Moderator and help implement PTCs Online Community Moderation Strategy
  • Create & delete WAM accounts
  • Manage cases & have their route to the right team
  • Manage Feedback calls.
  • Coordinate with various teams and owners to ensure the customer gets the right level of service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Should possess a high aptitude for providing quality Customer Service.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
