Job Title- Product Specialist ( Technical Support Engineer)

Job Location: Gurgaon

About Role:

The role includes providing 24X7 support for all hosted customers of SLM. The support would include addressing day to day customer issues and events/incidents detected by PTC monitors while also handling customer escalations for critical / enterprise-down events.

Day-To-Day:

Resolving Product issues

Support daily and weekly batch runs (Autopilot Job Failures, ETL Tool)

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure incident issues are resolved on a timely manner

Own execution and client communication for critical and Enterprise-Down issues

Process adherence

Meeting the KPI’s defined for the process

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Strong, proven diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills

Technical skill - (Sql, PL/Sql, Java Basic, Linux Basic)

Excellent Communication skills; Verbal and Written

Experience in ETL Tool e.g. Informatica/Kettle

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Windows / Linux scripting
• Web Server and Application Server management
• Operating system administration (Windows / Linux)
